Our Approach
Scarlet Road is dedicated to relational investment in each individual we serve. We strongly believe in the ability and strength of each survivor as well as the power of community surrounding them. We believe that sexual exploitation affects the mind, body and soul, and therefore requires a holistic support structure. We belive in partnership with our community to offer the most supportive and wrap around care possible. Scarlet Road welcomes all genders and all ages to our services and provides individualized support for each survivor served.
Our Services
Prevention Education
We offer specialized prevention classes in schools across Kitsap County as well as a variety of training programs for the local community. Visit our Youth Education Page to learn more.
Crisis Support
Safe exit solutions and crisis intervention are the first step to creating freedom for survivors leaving sexual exploitation. We offer critical supplies in order to meet basic needs.
A Safe Place
Scarlet Road operates the only community based Drop-in Center in Kitsap County for survivors of sexual exploitation providing a safe place to rest, be supported, and work toward their future goals.
Tools and Resources
Our comprehensive and holistic aftercare program provides weekly case management support, resources and tools to equip and empower survivors with tangible skills. We do so by focusing on 5 key areas of sustainability; freedom from exploitation, housing support services, employment and education, emotional wellness, and a community of healing.
A Caring Community
We believe healthy community creates stability and healing. Survivors are given opportunities to participate in case management, group support offerings, mentoring, and trauma informed programming.
