Community Training and Education

Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable…

Every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle; the tireless exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Knowledge is power. Today we are facing an issue that is not new by any means but we have the ability to minimize the exploitation that happens in our small community. Our community can impact other community and before you know one person’s dedication can change a town, state, or nation.

The more you know about the issue of human trafficking, and how its affecting our community the more power you have to prevent it. Below are a list of resources that will help you understand and respond to the issue of exploitation. Speaking about this issue is one of the most powerful thing an individual can do. Please take the time to learn and share your knowledge with those around you. Silence creates the vacuum in which exploitation exists.
